It'd be nice to avoid too much thought on small areas such as the earlobes but there are several primary reasons why they can have a negative appearance. Natural aging and accidental or purposeful stretching of a pierced opening are the most likely reasons that we may find ourselves inquiring about options to repair damaged lobes.
